Delivery Methods + expand
JLCPCB ships PCBs from China to most countries in the world. We currently provide three different delivery methods, including DHL, Airmail and EMS.
DHL: There are some cities are remote areas for DHL shipping. If it happens to be your address, we will inform you by emailing you about it. Additionally, you can check DHL location by yourself here: http://www.dhl.com/en/express/shipping/find_dhl_locations.html.
Airmail: We are not responsible for the delay, loss or damage stemming from shipments sent to an incorrect, invalid address or a correct address if your parcel shipped via registered air mail.
Orders may end up being returned or abandoned or ruined for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, customs clearance delay, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or failed to deliver, the customer will be contacted. The customer will have to pay for the re-shipping fee as well as returning shipping fee when it's returned. We try our best to assist customers when such situations happen. However, we are not accountable for the above mentioned cases.

The delivery time is based on the shipping method custmer selected.
It will take around 3-5 business days for DHL to deliver items to destination.
For EMS, it will take around 7-15 business days.
For registered Air mail, it will take around 2-4 weeks.
However, the shipping time can be greatly influenced by following issues: extreme weather, post office delay, customs clearance, local protest, etc.
In this case, we are incapable of guaranteeing a on-time delivery, but we will try our best to ensure the on-time shipping date of the order from our side.

How to check the Shipping Cost? + expand
Shiping cost depends on the weight of the your parcel, destination, and shipping methods.
You can check the shipping cost by different available shipping methods when you check out.

Can I order different PCBs and ship them together? + expand
Yes, JLCPCB is an online store.
You can place several prototyping services for your different designs and add them to your shopping cart, then do check out.
We will ship them togeher to you once all of the PCBs in this order finish production.

How to remove the customer id on the PCB? + expand
JLCPCB uses a group buy model to save the cost of production, for picking up your PCB easier, we need to add a very small string to your PCB, the string maybe under some IC, if you solder the PCB, the string will be hidden. For you don't like it. There are two ways.
1. Email to us, we will fabricate your PCB in another way, but the cost will be higher.
2. When you order, you can use https://JLCPCB.com/Doc/Tutorial/PCBOrderFAQ#Panel-by-JLCPCB and keep the edge, we will add the string at the dirty edge, so there is no string on your product PCB.
- Q:
E-test is a 100% AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) applied to the PCB board to make sure that all tracks and pads are connected.
In addition, PCB can be tested by a flying probe to make sure that all vias are connected, because this is not visible by the AOI.
For single layer boards, E-test is required because there is no via.
For double and multiple layer boards, it will be 100% tested with a flying probe.

Currently, we only accept the PayPal, Credit Card and Bank Transfer.
Paypal is a safe and convenient payment method for both customer and supplier.
Debit Card and Credit Card are available for customers as well, If you don't have a Paypal account.
For Bank Transfer, we provide cutomers a JLCPCB wallet named JPAY, please refer to "How to Transfer Money to JPAY" for more ifnormation about JPAY.

Customs, Duties and Taxes + expand
You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes but is not limited to: duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company. We will not be held responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped. If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order, with any remaining funds being refunded to the customer.
Customs are quite different in each country. Please include information about particular Customs requirements as necessary, while you are placing your order: we will support you as much as possible.

Warranty and Return + expand
For your first order for a PCB laid out in JLCPCB, we have the top return policy on the planet! If you don't like them, just send an email to support@jlcpcb.com. We will give your full refund- including product + shipping costs - in one working day.
For subsequent orders, because you now know the quality level of our PCBs, if you are not satisfied with a product you bought from us for whatever reason, you just need to email us some pictures of the product and explain why you are not happy with it. We will then refund the full money of the product. Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part.
